目前主要科学研究领域和兴趣

研究重点集中在阐明代谢性疾病发生、发展的分子机制。率先揭示了脂联素 (adiponectin) 信号转导、及其胰岛素增敏效应的分子机制,其关键论文均发表在著名的J Biol. Chem.杂志上,单篇第一作者SCI论文它引次数已达177次(Goggle citation; 2017-01-30)。由于代谢异常是心血管疾病、肿瘤等疾病发生的独立危险因素,本课题组也展开了对代谢异常与心肌病、乳腺癌、肝癌间相关性的研究。研究领域包括: (1)糖尿病发生发展的分子机制,(2)糖尿病心肌病的分子机制,(3)代谢异常与乳腺癌、肝癌相关性研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,公开发表SCI收录学术论文40余篇。

教学情况

承担医学相关专业本科生(含五年制、七年制、八年制各专业)、硕士生、博士生等不同层次学生的病理生理学理论和实验教学工作。培养病理生理学硕士、博士研究生。
